Prenatal Yoga

Calling all mamas-to-be and to-be-again.... Come stretch, breathe, relax, and strengthen with a circle of fellow pregnant mamas in our Prenatal Yoga class series. Classes will be taught weekly by a skilled yoga instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience teaching yoga to pregnant women.  Yoga has powerful healing properties that can help ease the discomforts of pregnancy as well as prepare a woman for labor. 

Mama yoga will now be held on Monday evenings from 530-630pm.
