In the womb, mother and baby move to the same heartbeat. Dancing with your baby is a natural extension of this vital rhythmic synchronization. Benefits: bonding more deeply with your baby, improving baby’s sensory-motor development, getting a low-impact aerobic workout, meeting other mamas/papas, and gaining confidence as a new parent.
In our KangaGroove classes, you will not only get lots of exercise, but also learn some easy funky dance routines that you can do with your baby, including a fun routine that we’ll do as a babywearing flash mob in December. Review videos for all the dance routines will be filmed during class for you.
